广州博览会是广州市政府和中国对外贸易中心联合主办的中外经贸结合的大型博览会，至今已成功举办了十四届，政务往来、经贸合作、文化交流取得了显著成效。2006年广州博览会启用广州国际会议展览中心10个馆，共8万平方米，4000个展位，其中专业展6个3000多个展位，占展览总面积的75％，有来自境外21个国家（地区）、国内30个省市家企业参展，签订经济技术合作项目387项，达成贸易及合作总额1432.39亿元，成功实现由综合展为主向以专业展为主转型，专业化、国际化水平进一步提高。

    第十五届广州博览会定于2007年8月31日至9月3日在广州国际会议展览中心举行，我们竭诚欢迎国内外各地政府及工商、企业、各界人士参展、参会，通过广州博览会这个平台，开展广泛合作，实现互利多赢！

Located on the north of the Pearl River Delta, adjacent to South China Sea, near by Hong Kong and Macao, the city of Guangzhou is the center of Guangdong Province in politics, economy, science, technology, education and culture. At the same time, Guangzhou as the gateway to South China, the city has built a close connection with other countries all over the world. In recent years, the overall economic strength of Guangzhou has reached top 10 in China. Also, with the continually consummated infrastructure projects, such as the airport, seaport, infoport, railway and highway etc., it provided advantages for the development of exhibition business in Guangzhou.

Guangzhou Fair has been successfully held for 14 times, organized by Guangzhou Municipal People' Government and China Foreign Trade Center, which is an international comprehensive large-scale fair concerning about the economy and trade cooperation. These years, it has achieved great progress in governmental communication, economy cooperation, and cultural exchange. The 2006 Guangzhou Fair covered the area of 80,000 square meters, 10 halls with 4,000 booths inside the Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. Among this exhibit area, 75% of it was use for the 6 special exhibitions, with over 3,000 booths. As statistic, over 21 foreign countries (regions) and 30 provinces (cities) attended the last year Guangzhou Fair, where 387 economic and technologic cooperation projects were concluded and the gross trade value reached RMB 143,239,000,000. Obviously, Guangzhou Fair has successfully realized the integration of comprehensive and specialized exhibition, and the internationalizationas well as the specialization has been further improved.

The 15th Guangzhou Fair will be held during Aug.31st-Sept.3rd, 2007 in Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. The governments, industries, commercials, enterprises and all ranges of business people both at home and abroad are warmly welcome to attend the Guangzhou Fair. Through the Guangzhou Fair platform, more cooperation will be achieved and more interests will be gained!

展 位 收 费 标 准  Charges & Fees for Exhibition Booths and Space

国际标准展位(3米X3米)，配置展位间隔板，洽谈桌一张，座椅两张，照明灯两盏，统一制作参展企业楣牌。

收费标准：8000人民币/展位

室内净地3米X3米展位（36平方米起租），不含任何设施，电费另计。

收费标准：820人民币/平方米

室内1000平方米以上净地面积，不含任何设施，电费另计。

收费标准：400人民币/平方米

指定展位价格另行商议。

凡特装展位须缴交特装管理费：28元/平方米

展位费请于报名时一次性付清。

Each international standard booth(3m. by 3m.) including one table, two chairs, two spot lights and an unified name board:

RMB 8,000 per booth

Indoor space(3m.by 3m. for one unit, more than 4 units) without any facilities:

RMB 820 per square meter. 

Indoor space(more than 1,000 sq.m.) without any facilities:

RMB 400 per square meter.

Management fees for special set-up and decorated booths and spaces:

RMB 28 per square meter

邀请国内外政府经贸团、行业协会、企业、专业人士、商务人士到会参观及洽谈业务。

协助参展单位安排举办各种形式的新闻发布项目洽谈、专题研讨等经贸活动。费用由举办单位自理。

2007年广州博览会会刊免费刊登参展单位名录。

提供大会现场电脑查询服务和发布信息。

提供复印、电话、传真等通讯服务项目，费用自理。

协助安排参展展品运输，以及境外展品报关、清关。费用由参展单位自理。

协助安排参展参会人员的交通、住宿、回程票预定（费用自理）。

展馆的正常安全保卫。

Domestic and abroad governments, trading organizations, enterprises and professionals will be invited to visit the event, thus there will be more business chance for the exhibitors.

Assistance will be provided to the exhibitors when holding press conference, seminar and business negotiations.

The exhibitors’ name will be published on Directory of Guangzhou Fair 2007 for free.

The information checking through computer is available at the exhibition halls.

Copy machine, telephone and fax are available.

Assistance will be provided to the products transportation and declaration at the Custom.

Hotel booking and airplane tickets booking.

Security service in the exhibition halls.

All the services above-mentioned are not free of charge unless specified therein.

参 展 须 知  Requirements and Regulations

参展企业应具有企业法人营业执照；

国家规定的违禁品及假冒伪劣商品严禁展销；

食品生产、经营企业必须具有生产许可证、卫生许可证；

已缴费的参展单位中途退展，要承担经济赔偿责任，赔偿金额由广州博览会组委会办公室视情况核定；

如使用广州博览会名义制作宣传品，须经广州博览会组委会办公室批准；

参展单位应服从主办单位统一安排，严格按分类展区参展；

经中国海关入境参展的展品，要严格遵守海关规定，依时做好报关、清关、留购等申报工作。

All participants must possess legal business licence;

Pirated or unqualified products are prohibited from exhibiting in exhibitions;

All participants with food products must have permission from the Health Agency;

No refund if quitting during the exhibition period;

Any flyers with the Guangzhou Fair's logo on it shall be to be approved by the Guangzhou Fair office;

Exhibitors should follow the organizer's arrangement and exhibit on the appointed areas;
